Terms of Service

These terms govern quotations, orders and delivery of custom cabinetry supplied by our company to trade partners in the United States and Canada. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Quotes & Orders

All cabinets are built to customer-approved shop drawings. Orders proceed once drawings and finishes are approved and any required deposit is received.

Lead Times

Production and shipping schedules are confirmed in writing with each quote and are measured from the approval date.

Shipping & Risk

Goods are shipped FOB with risk passing at the shipping port unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from delivery. This excludes normal wear, misuse or improper installation.
